ExperienceSCHED App
An end-to-end UX case study for a family scheduling app — led as UX Designer, UX Researcher, and Visual Designer.
- Challenge
- Busy families were missing appointments because existing calendar apps were cluttered, poorly synced, and overloaded with notifications.
- Approach
- User interviews, competitive analysis, the “Jade” persona, journey mapping, and information architecture defined what the app actually had to solve.
- Solution
- Paper and digital wireframes evolved into a high-fidelity prototype with a shared family calendar, one-tap daily/weekly views, and accessibility-conscious contrast, screen-reader considerations, and multilingual support.
- Outcome
- Two rounds of usability testing removed navigation confusion and simplified event creation, producing a research-backed prototype ready for development.
